A civilian shall have the right to submit a desirable suggestion or complain to the council through the specified form to correct or realize the submission.

The results shall be notified to the applicant as soon as the process

  • Petition applicant
  • submission(introduction of one or more member)
  • review by the chairperson
  • in case of a matter of governor
  • review/resolution at the general meeting
  • reporting to the general meetingspecial submission to the review
  • transfer to the local government
  • reporting the results to the council
  • notifying the applicant of the results
Complaint
A complaint does not need any introduction of member and can be submitted in any form including letter of complaint, suggestion, request, petition, inquiry or appeal while the process and procedure are not specified in detail like petition but the council promptly processes it.

A received complaint is reviewed for the solution by the secretary general, and it, if recognized important or special, may be submitted to a related committee(special committee), reported to the chairperson with the sanction and then notified to the applicant.
