Duties

• Public Interest first

  A members should fulfill the duties conscientiously for the sake of public interest while maintaining the dignity

• No misfeasance

  A member should not acquire any profit or interest on properties by abusing the power nor entice others into gaining profits, especially by means of contracts or disposal with public office, local governments or private companies.

• Ban for holding more than one office & no trade

  A member should not have another permanent job specified by law while may not trade any local government or public office for interests and be an assignee or custodian of the related facilities or properties
